Here's the recipe using the Rakau hops

4Kg Pale Malt

Mashed for 90 mins @ 66c

17g Rakau hops @11.5% AA full boil 90 mins
20g Rakau hops @11.5% AA last 15 mins
25g Rakau hops @11.5% AA flame out

5g Irish moss last 15 mins

1 pkt Nottingham yeast.

1050 OG
1012 FG

They are a nice hop . . . One thing I think that has to be born in mind when using these High Alpha dual purpose hops from NZ is to use a light hand for flavour and aroma additions, Otherwise you just throw everything out of balance and need to allow things to calm down again
