Just done a quick dip on mi wine, its at 1010 og at 1100+ i fudged up a bit on the sugar adjustment, lesson learned.
On the taste its 97ron with a summer fruit flavour that grows( still warm at present, cooling sample for retaste), its early but you have to see your in the right direction, ahem.
