Maybe. I think I'll just wait until later on tonight and see if it'll defrost. It's only a bit of ice at the top, and I'm hoping I haven't ruined the flavour.

I can speak to this first hand. I very recently froze 20 litres of lager solid.

After being assured it would be OK on here, I waited it out and was rewarded with a good lager, but also, by far, the clearest I have ever made. Like commercial lager clear.

Mine is quite clear also due to the very low temps. I did use NBS clarity in it though, so a bit of a red herring. First time I've tried it and I think it's worth using again.

Tried both a kegged version and a bottled version, wish I’d bottled more.

Much better head on the bottled one, and doesn’t have the slight sharp elderflower twang to it, it’s more subtle.

Both cloudy though.
