At last I'm enjoying my first brew in over twenty years! It's nicer than I remember, and well worth the effort of All Grain. Cheers!

I used Greg Hughes Summer Ale recipe, but adjusted the hops using the brewers friend calculator to have the same IBU value.
I've been a little Impatient with the conditioning, haven't been able to wait three weeks, first sample after 7 days was a little cloudy, tried again after 10, better, and this evening I'm at 18 days and it's gorgeous!!

I also made the summer ale from the Greg Hughes book.

It's a very nice pint that's for sure. Think I used something other than Progress but without looking at my notes I can't remember what. Might make it one day as it was intended to be made.
