My Eskimo Stout isn't nearly as dark as I'd anticipated - probably entirely down to me not roasting the flaked barley well enough.
Anyway, still have heaps of the pale malt, some flaked barley, and 3 dark malts - I think dark crystal, chocolate, and one other??
Anyway, would like to do another dark stout or maybe porter.
Plan to brew next weekend, and am open to suggestions :drink:
