Hi,
just thought I'd let you know that I have bottled my first batch of wine and it tastes mighty fine albeit from a Wilko rose kit. After years away I'm chuffed and couldn't have done it without help from you all on here thanks.
I now have 4 more fermenting away in 5l PET's 3 WOW's (original, apple and a RGP orange strawberry mix) and 1 strawberry Ribena and the balloon airlocks on 3 are holding out very well.
Thanks for getting me back into the world of home brew again.
