After a few hit and misses in my home brew adventures I thought I'd share my most recent success. This forum pointed me in the direction of this recipe - http://www.winesathome.co.uk/forum/show ... php?t=1614

I bottled it two weeks ago and I have to say it is absolutely luvverly! Very impressed with it. I'm already planning my next few batches. It has a gorgeous colour and tastes better than the £5 of Rose I used to get from the supermarket.

I tried a WOW with apple, peach, mango and passionfruit juice and I wouldn't make it again. Not sure if it was an error on my part but it was far too sweet for my tastes. I probably needed guidance from you guys on the amount of sugar to put in, perhaps I should have reduced the quantity. I've got another WOW clearing now which is the standard orange so I have high hopes for this. I've also got pomegranate juice and cranberry/blueberry waiting to be started.

:thumb: Yep!

Mine has been in bulk storage for about a month so far.
A quick taste : it was 'lighter' than I expected; a pleasant Rose.

The WOW original is excellent but it didn't complete the bulk storage phase - it lasted one month before QC testing dictated immediate consumption ;)

This Blueberry Rose makes a pleasant alternative.
