Strawberry turbo cider, bit befuddled!

Hiya,

I decided last night to start a basic strawberry turbo cider following a recipe I came across on youtube. I had two empty demijohns so made two gallons of the exact same recipe. Both are fermenting away well.

One however has went off like a steam train and has changed colour! Bit confused as I put the same ingredients and amounts in each. It's not a problem as such, I just wondered if anyone knew what had happened?

Also I know they are overfilled but you live and learn!

Tends to be a bit random. One an inch nearer the radiator? Or getting a bit more sunlight? Maybe just a slightly different shape?
