Hi all,mrs luc wants me to brew her a stout,would like to make a watneys cream label or makeson, dave lines book calls for malt extract 1500grms & 1000 grms respectively, could i use ag and if so what would i use and how much :cheers:

sorry if i wasnt clear,want to do a cream label or mackeson stout,dave lines book says use 1500grms malt extract syrup, what grain do i use instead and how much,(cant get ME in france)
 
sorry if its not clear what im after,put another way, anyone know where i can get an ag recipe for a sweet stout not too strong eg watneys cream label.
