I did a search but got thousands of hits

what is the best way to store grains and malts?

I believe its best to freeze hops for storage is that right?

I keep all my hops in the freezer. They go in there as soon as I get them and I use them as necessary.

Once a pack is open I close it up as best I can and put it in a sealed plastic container in the freezer.

You don't need to worry about derosting them before use.

I keep all my grains in airtight fermenting buckets in the garage.

My grain is in polythene bags (the bulk MO and lager malts are in sacks) which end up either in FVs or in boxes in the dark.

My hops I keep in my fridge at about 3C. Most are in foil, and I re-seal immediately. They keep my yeasties company.
