I am at a stage now were I have more beer than I can hold in my temp controlled (13 degrees) ready to drink bottle fridge (The result of four weekends in a row and a double brew day). Woohoo!!!!!!

My question is how is it best to store the surplus?

I have a bottle fridge controlled by it's own thermostat which holds a temp of about 6 degrees. This is used for clearing the beer after conditioning. Should I just keep the surplus at this temp until needed, or just box them up and leave them at outside air temp in the shed?

I am curious about this one. Been brewing a fair bit (kits though) and have just stored it willy nilly about the house. It has been fine in spite of the rather crazy temp. I am sure it would be ok more or less anywhere.. although I may well be wrong.

I only chill before I get drinking... :drink:
