Stopped bubbling after 1 day

Hi all
I started a new brew of mangrove jacks BRUT ipa only on Sunday took a reading and it was at 1050 it has now not bubbled at all today but took a reading and it has gone to1020 approx can this be ready for hops so soon not sure what to do it was bubbling like mad for 1 day I used pure malt enhancer as it asked for and it states add hops when reading is 1025 for enhancer any clues thanks jason
 
I'm not an expert, but if it's still at 1020 after a second reading then yes, add them.

Personally I would add the hops when the fermentation has finished. If you add them earlier there is a chance that the CO2 will strip out some of the aroma oils you are trying to infuse into your beer.
And as far as the fermentation is concerned the bubble rate fell away because you are likely to have a slightly leaky lid which allows CO2 to bypass the airlock. This is commonly happens. I would now leave it alone for another 5/6 days
at which point the fermentation will have probably done and you can then add your hops. And keep the lid on. Every time you remove it to fiddle there is a slim chance of letting the bugs in, and that could result in a spoiled brew, however unlikely.

Thanks for that I put a bit silicone round the air lock and it kicked in again
