Hi i have a question about sterilising bottles for homebrew has anyone used milton sterilising tablets to sterilise there equipment it is a no rinse type

hi yes , but you do have to rinse , not for health reason but for taste, if you don't you will may get a medical taste in the beer , just follow instruction and then rinse 3 times with cold water .

You can use milton, no problem, but as said before, you will need to rinse.

Thanks guys for your kind replies i have used milton fluid before but never tablets i just ran out of my regular steriliser i usually rinnse my bottles a few times anyway just to be safe.

I use milton tablets, they only take 15 minutes One tablet does 5l of water (although brands vary) so its easily measured. Baby's bottles might not need rinsed after, but you risk slowing down/killing the yeast, or having a weird taste in your drink if you don't rinse your home brewing equipment.
