Hello everyone,
I have been brewing on and off for 12 years now and I have a small array of very average equipment. I am now going to step up and start brewing again. In 2011, after my last brew, I entered it into the Bexleyhome brew competition and I won best bitter and beer of the festival.
From now: Full mash only, new equipment, larger scale, top quality beer and many, many batches.
I will be posting many threads over the next few months, starting mainly on equipment purchase and manufacture.
