Hi just a quick introduction if anyone reads these - I'm new to forums and have just started brewing from a tin for the first time in many years. Have taken a (hopefully) easy option of a Woodforde's Wherry which should be drinkable in about a week - we'll see. I'm now looking to increase my kit with a trip to Wilko's next time I'm in the UK and start a Brewferm Triple when I get back to Belgium. Living here has opened my eyes to the massive selection of quality beers from micro brewers and we get to a few beer festivals every year. Anyway - looking forward to getting some solid advice from more experienced brewers and checking out what others are making. When I can find a place with controllable storage temperature I want to move away from one or two can recipes and get my own stuff on the go. Cheers!

Welcome! I love belgium beer and will have to learn how to brew it. Good luck with your first brew. I'm coincidentally just about to bottle my first wherry myself ...
