Starting a Starter to Pitching - How Long?

Right I am itching to use one of the WLP007's I made up the other night, and fancy brewing a Townes IPA and using it, if all goes well i'll be making a starter with it tomorrow, how many days till it's ready to pitch do you give - 3 to 5?

I can go from 1 colony from a slant to pitching in 5 days (For 25L), and for a 5L starter with a tube of Whitelabs a couple of days . .. Using a stir plate, and filtered air though

From pitching a tube to the starter to pitching it into the main batch, at least 48 hours.
