Starter for Wy2124 Bohemian Lager Yeast

I'm gonna brew a Czech pils with wy2124 and was wondering if I need a starter? I have 1 pack, I think it's in date, batch size is 23 litres and target OG is ~1.047. My plan is to ferment at 12C for two weeks then increase to 18C for a diacetyl rest.

Yes.

Yes you do need a starter. Lagers need a bigger pitch rate then ales. Check out the online calculators...
