hi

purchased one of these about a year ago and have not brewed for ages.

Stainless Steel Tap Kit

wanna get going again on sunday and have forgotten how to assemble.

stupid question i know but i am rubbish at diy/anything practical.

i have
1 x ball valve
1 x ss nipple
2 x ss gasket
2 x silicon gasket
1 x ss hex nut
1x nipple with bazooka

Looking at the top of the picture in the link. take the brass nut off and one of the washers, then feed the tap into the hole of whatever your vessel is and then fit the washer and nut to the inside of whatever you're fitting it into and tighten accordingly. The Bazooka fits onto the top of the pic in the link.
 
Incidentally it’s good to hear (from your description) that unlike the setup in the THB ball valve kit photo, you dont have a mixture of brass and stainless fittings... doing that in the presence of acidic wort is asking for trouble, if I remember my metallurgy lectures right
