Stainless steel no weld ball valve

Anybody use these on plastic kettles?

Going to get a other 60l for use as hlt / boiler as mine has too much dead space and figured I would go stainless for fittings this time.

Likely to work alright with plastic?

Also, where is best place to get those quick couplers from for the tubing?
