Stainless pot 1/2” hole??

I have a stainless pot which I’d like to drill/cut a 1/2” hole in......

Any ideas on the best or easiest way to achieve this? The steel is quite thick.......

Hi!
You need to drill a 10mm hole - I ordered a cobalt drill bit and it worked a treat.
You don't have to worry about the pilot hole being jagged - the cutter works just as well.
