Hi Guys

Had great success with kit brewing and bottling in 500ml PET bottle's so far.

Naturally moving onto a corny keg, got the St Peter's Ruby Red in the FV now and it should be ready for the weekend.

Are these the rules to follow;

1) Reach FG and move FV to fridge to cold crash for 24 hrs

2) Transfer from FV into Corny Keg

3) Pressurise to the CO2 guide on the calculator for this beer style, purging the corny a couple of times to remove oxygen.

3) leave CO2 connected for 7 days (will be in a cool space but not a fridge).

4) disconnect CO2, leave for 4 weeks until I get around to drinking it

5) purge and apply 3-5 Psi before dispensing

Multiple posts suggest different things, I won't be drinking this for a while so can't see the rolling method being required

Any advice would be great
