Hi All,

I Recently converted a 25l Youngs fermenter to use as my mash tun. Currently using a BIAB type system for my AG brews but would love to get a false bottom for this. I have seen the ones on Hop & Grape, but £50 + postage to Ireland seems a bit expensive. Any other sources for these or anybody who makes them to order?

I should say that The FB's made by MD are made from a much thicker grade of SS than those from Hop and Grape, and as such are much sturdier, well worth the money.

I like it thick :thumb: :D
Thats why I can't do the rolled hop stoppers cos the rollers at work aren't up to rolling it!

Don't want to step on anybodies toes (MD), but I have a 500mm Sq section of 316 SS plate, 1.5mm holes 1mm thick plate. had to buy two so this one is surplus, cost me 18 quid, so up for grab if you want to make your own.
