Not sure how this will turn out, but I was given a 3.2kg Squash, so I brought two grapefruits and 500 grams of santanas, I simmered the squash for about 25 minutes, and once cooled off I strained off the fluid added the grapefruit juice and rind, then chopped up the santanas and soaked in boiling water before adding to everything else, This is now soaking in a fermentation bucket for a few days, before adding the yeast.

It may be drinkable in time.

Sounds very interesting! It'll probably need time to mature, but it would be great to hear about the finished product!

Yes should of read Sultanas. This mix of ingredients is purely experimental, If it is drinkable that would be great, but not bothered if not. I have just racked some red grape wine and some red gooseberry wine today, that tasted very nice as I was syphoning it. Will probably do some banana wine next week once my fermentation bins are empty.
