Spray Malt Clumping

Just done my 2nd brew - Coopers Cerveza and added 500g light spray malt and 700g dextrose, the spray malt really clumped up when i put it in with the malt concentrate and boiling water.

Should i dissolve it in some water first or is it just a case of stirring til my wrist falls off??

Spraymalt disolves better in cold water, you can always use a hand whisk

I just threw all my ingredients into my FV including 1kg of dried malt. I found that the litre or so of slightly cooled boiled water easily dissolved everything just by concentrating on mixing the liquid to keep it moving. After a few minutes the only thing I had to put some effort into was getting the treacle off the bottom of the FV because that was the first ingredient in.
