Spot the stout

One of these pints is a stout, one is a soft drink and the third is dihyrogen oxide.

Can you spot the stout?

I think the head on the top one I s a red herring and it's just that the soft drink was badly poured, I reckon the stout is the middle!

Number two looks a little translucent to be a stout. But cold steeping can do that. However I'm going with uno. But I suspect I am being bamboozled ;-)

Is there a clue in the question? As the top picture isn't a Pint glass, I'm going to rule that out.

Mick nailed it A was a poorly poured Dr pepper (which gave me the idea)

B was an undercarbed coopers stout
(First one right for chippy I believe).
