Special wines to make for Xmas

hi just wondered if any one makes special wines for Xmas......
And if so when do you start them......and could I have the recipes......
Justrestarted back at making my own homebrew after a few years away.
So0was thinking would be nice to make some wine in next few months and put
Away for Xmas. Did see some peeps had Xmas pudding wine.

These are the two I do :)
The first should be made about now.

And the second about a month before christmas
(I know its not a wine, but its fun so I thought I'd share)

You could try a raisin and rice wine (mine was a bit too dry) blended with an oversweet cheeeky vimto.

palletable on their own but once mixed were exquisite.
