Got a few blackberries to use up and the thought of a blackberry saison came up again, after a bit of googling I found where someone had made a blackberry saison sour.
They made the Saison then added the blackberries for secondary fermentation at the same time added the sourdough starter to turn it into a sour.
Has anyone tried this and if so what results from it?
