Not posted for ages don't really know why but I'm off this half term and brewing like crazy, mostly due to the weather but also because I'm trying to get stock levels right for Christmas. So far this week I've kegged my own all EKG IPA and Dave Lines Barnsley Bitter (with the pale malt upped and the sugar taken out,) I've also bottled a batch of my popular old speckled hen clone and an all Amarillo APA is underway in the FV.

Today I'm doing what I hope people will see as an Irish Red:
4kg motter
200g crystal
200g carared
50g roasted barley

30g challenger 60 mins
10g fuggles 20 mins
Protafloc 15mins
10g fuggles 5mins

Yeast Nottingham
