Is there an Ideal final gravity for each beer type?
eg. Should the FG of a stout be different to a wheat beer or a Pills?
If my stouts O.G was 1075 is there a F.G I should be aiming for? (After 10 days its sitting at 1030)
If the gravity finishes too high or to low, how will this affect the beer apart from alcohol content?
If the yeast has a low attenuation would there be no point in adding more sugar to raise the alcohol %? Would this make the beer too sweet?
If the Alcohol % is raised too high will this destroy the characteristics of the beer? Do you need to balance the malt and hop flavourings with the alc %?
