2 months time it'll be may! and certainly a few warm days to be had then...

anyone got a simple but solid raspberry wheat recipe? anything I should know about mashing or yeast - anywhere I can harvest yeast from or should I use danstar munich? is it worth just using frozen raspberries or can I use a concentrate from somewhere instead? i assume it's better in secondary.

don't mind if it's a 50/50 mix of pale and wheat or something, simple hops are cool, although I wouldn't mind using an IPA hop if it goes. :thumb:

50% pale wheat and pale ale (go for Belgian more tasty ) or pilsner with saaz or hallertauer at 4%aa half at start of boil quarter at half way and quarter at 15 mins to go . Liquid yeast all the way , i would use wlp380 and ferment cool 18c keeping it not overly banana so your rasberries shine through , i here frozen is best and i don't think they will add to fermentables and also lots will be needed as the flavour is weak
