So what do I do with these then?

Due to a mix up with an online order I now find myself with the following "bonus" grains and no idea what to do with them.
4kg pale wheat malt
1kg amber malt
1kg carabelge
2kg flaked barley.

I also have a bag of Maris Otter and various other grains, any great recipe ideas out there?

Oh, and did anyone out there get my order?

add 250g of crystal malt and you will get a nice ale . 90g of fruggle hops 45 min boil
