Smashing your glands!

Based on good recent advice I am going to start smashing my aroma hops to break up the lupin glands. Does anyone do this and what is your method. I dont have a pestle and mortar.

I just give them a good rub through my hands Rob, over the boiler. I wouldn't trust my strainer if I went too fine

Try wrapping them in clingfilm then use a rolling pin.

Just do it the traditional way and rub with your hands.
