I ferment in a Fermzilla at around 10psi which is producing some cracking beers.

I’d like to make some small experimental batches say 1-2 gallon and ferment them under pressure too.

However doing this is the fermzilla would leave loads of headroom and will probably require me to add co2.

does anyone know of any small batch fermenters that can be used under pressure?

Keg King Junior, is the smallest I know of.

If only you could buy fizzy juice in 5L bottles.
An empty bottle, 2 carbonation caps and a tee piece and you'd have a decent small batch pressure fermenting system!

You can buy some fizzy drinks in 3l bottles so that would work with a couple of them?

More expensive option but you could also ferment in a corny keg?
