Hi,
I have recently started brewing with 5L kit and all is going well.
I was thinking of up sizing my kit, but 25L is to big for the amount I drink so I'm looking at staying at 5L and having more variety in what I brew.
So far I have only brewed prepared packs of ingredients but this is not very cost effective, and my curiosity demands more recipes!!.
I think i have figured out the scaling down of recipes, but I was wondering if any one has any tips on souring smaller ingredient quantities?? I have found some smaller quantites of malts but so far I am struggling to find hops in less then 100g packets
