Small batch brews

Being a novice I plan to brew several kits before I attempt a full grain brew. I would prefer to brew several small batches rather than 40pints at a time due to space, consumption, and wanting variety. Where can I purchase small batch kits. Ideally 15/18 pints. I don't want to use part of a full kit and waste the rest.

In the past I bought 2 can woodfordes kits and only used one of the cans for a 11L brew. I then saved the other canand brewed it at a later date.

You could do this with other 2 can kits.
