I've ordered a few items of equipment from Ballihoo recently, including a King Keg. Unfortunately the tap was broken in transit, and it arrived without the ordered extra bits (CO2 cap, bulbs, gauge etc.). I was a bit annoyed obviously but was really impressed by the way they handled the complaint. They sent out the stuff by priority mail the same day and it arrived next morning. I wish more companies would realise that good customer service is actually good marketing. I went from being a disappointed customer, telling myself never to use this supplier again, to a loyal customer, determined to buy more stuff from them when I need it. So I just wanted to give a big shout out to Brad and Ballihoo for the sympathetic way they dealt with my issue and turned a negative into a positive.
