Tough one as I never seem to let mine age long enough
As long as their stored in a cool dark place after secondary fermentation, then they're going to get better for the first 3-6months. I believe 12-18 months is the longest you should keep without drinking......better and more patient brewers will tell you better than me.
Whatever you do, stash a few bottles from each brew away and try to forget they exist for a few months.
As soon as your FV is empty, get it reloaded. If you can brew faster than you can drink and some bottles manage to get left for 3-6 months you really will be amazed at the improvement. :
