How are small breweries getting such a long shelf life when canning their beers? I've seen lots of canned beers that haven't been pasteurised with best before dates of 12-18 months, even beers like NEIPA's.
Most Neipas have a 6 month shelf life (cloud water, verdant etc). But it’s important to note that the ‘shelf life’ is actually a best before date. Beers don’t have a use by or sell by in my experience
