SG/total sugars for maximum alcohol?

Most definitely stopped - been sat for nearly two weeks with no activity whatsoever, whilst I found time to come back to it. Not stabilized yet nor degassed, will do so when I next have a free moment!

Thought i'd report on this, which I bottled today, whilst I can still think let alone type!

I aimed for this to be as high an alcohol content as possible, and said earlier that I was a tad dissapointed in the final percentage - well, i needent have been!

This has proved to be what in my college years we would have called a 'party starter'!

Its not exactly subtle, but the tropical flavour comese out well, and as for the strength - im halfway down my second glass and I can barely stand up!

My eldest lad has asked that I brew it asain, but aiming for a more normal ABV...
