Self Introduction

I'm just starting zymurgy. I have only ever made blackberry and apple cider/wine(?) last summer but am hoping to improve my knoledge. In an ideal world, I hope to make eventually the perfect recipe for beer, which I have decided will only be possible via trial and error; this means that I'm pretty much up for trying using almost any type ingredients/techniques. At the moment, I need to make a very small scale brewery just to see if I enjoy brewing enough ( and because I have empty pockets ) to carry on with it, but I'm sure I will. I love your website, and I'm sure I can find some similar minded people here.
