Hi bottled my first lager last night ,went well but when I got to bottom there was a lot of sediment,is this normal ,now I'm thinking I have stirred it enough
It's very very normal. They make Marmite from that stuff, from the breweries in Burton on Trent and elsewhere.
If thats true, think I should just skip 'the middle man' and drink beer for breakfast :
