hi just done all grain recipe everything seemed to go to plan after fermentation i transferred the brew to another fermenting bucket added hops and gelatine as per instructions after 7 day transferred to pressure keg with the required quantity of soft brown sugar fitted lid and left for 7 days on sampling the beer is very sweet and hazy in appearance all equipment has been sterilised as instructions seems like the secondary fermentation in keg hasn't taken place also very little pressure in keg thanks in anticipation for any help
