I have had my first AG brew in the fermenter for 10 days and its stable at 1010.

With my normal kit brews , I would now syphon this to my bottling fermenter, add some priming sugar (~50g) and leave for a couple of days to settle. I would then bottle.

Is this what I should be doing with my AG brew ?

Thanks
Bob

Sounds about right.
I find if I give it a couple of days, and I often have, it tends to come out a bit fizzy already when bottling and then not carb very well as it has eaten a lot of its priming sugar.
Since you are also not using a heavy priming load (assuming around a 20ish litre brew) then it might be a bit slack to carb up in the bottles.
Essentially, yes, do what you do for kits - if it works for you. Once you have diuted the wort from the tin a kit is the same as AG in theory anyway.

As above the process should be the same. Having said that, I always bottle immediately after adding the priming sugar.

Why do you wait a couple of days?
