Hi folks, kegged up my second brew - Cooper's Sparkling Ale, and had it in the warm for 4 days, then moved out to the garage, as needed space in utility room.

I tried some on Sunday, after 3 days in the cold and it tastes very sweet. I am assuming this is because the secondary ferment wasn't finished when I moved it to the cold.

Should I move it back into the warm, give it a shake and leave it for a few days

OR

Leave it where it is for another few weeks - it was drinkable, just had a "sherbet" taste.

Cheers
Jamie

Move it back to the warm for a few days if you can. Try not to give it a big shake - there will still be enough yeast in suspension to give it condition.

I wouldn't even think of moving it from the house until at least 2 weeks. I prime mine with DME and it spends 3 weeks in the house before moving outside to the shed..
