hi its me again ,looking for some advise. done a wherry last sunday, sp was 1040 checked it today and its 1010 ?should i leave it alone or give it a gentle stir, as there is no activerty in the air lock ,( there is bubbles still on top )temps 21c  for any advice.

Don't stir it, best to leave it alone or you might contaminate it

1.010 means it is done more or less, :-) although I'd either leave it a further week for the yeast to drop out, or syphon into another fv (if you have one) and leave it another week - this will mean your beer will be clearer quicker and less sendimenty (not a real word).

My regime is, 14 days in the primary, 7days in secondary

I second the 'do not stir'. :thumb:
At 1010 it must be either finished or just about finished.
Again, second the 'rack into second fv and leave for second week to finish and drop clear.

Check it again. If the SG is still 1010 then bottle it. The instructions say bottle when 1014 or lower - mine only got down to that.
