I'm brewing something extra special this year....in fact, whilst I sit here on holiday in Turkey, according to my iSpindel, it is fermenting nicely and the yeast is slowly but surely chomping its way through all the sugars. Should be bottled come the end of September and can then mature nicely ahead of the comp.

I'm 98% sure there's diacetyl in my lager though so I'm not hopeful of a decent score in my first comp
