Did my first brew under the supervision of a friends dad when I was about 15, 9years later I'm getting into it. I made a Witbier from a mash kit couple of months ago which turned out pretty decent despite my dizzying lack of equipment or competence!
Literally in the middle of making a spiced brown ale for the holidays.
Using a can of malt extract and spicing it with peppercorns, cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg and a sprinkle of coriander (I used coriander in place of orange zest which I don't have. Actually I would like some opinions on that if anyone has some?!)
