900g Crystal Malt
31g Fuggles - 60 min
26g East Kent Goldings - 60-min
19g Fuggles - 10 min
OG: 1057, FG: 1012, ABV: 5.91, IBU: 31.22
Finally managed to understand my equipment and compensated for the drop in temperature of the grains which is about 9 Celsius. As you can see it was dead on 66 after doughing in the grains. The final volume was almost dead on 23 litres and just a little experience makes such a big difference. The amber nectar you see at the end is one I prepared earlier, isn't it gorgeous!
