Ruddles County kits

Can you get kits for this?
I have found some recipes, but a friend of mine only makes kits and he wants this, or something similar.

you might find one of the reasons people upgrade from kits is that there's a limited variation of them...

Ruddles uses Challenger bittering hops, Northdown flavouring hops and Goldings aroma hops. If you got this;

And steeped some goldings in for aroma, you wouldn't be miles off.
