Rosemary & Bay Ale

I finally found the time to rattle out a batch of Rosemary & Bay Ale.

I had to do it in the garage because threat of thunder and heavy rain.



A nice wee boil.

It's now sat in the FV and I'm waiting for the temp to drop.
Unfortunately I have no means of cooling, I've sat it on two ice pack.
The yeast is roaring away in a small PET bottle ready for the off.

I also bottled 15 litres of special IPA.

Tell me how it turned out-- I was thinking of using rosemary in a brew as I have rosemary growing on the cliff outside my house Also I have a bay leaf tree. Thankyou.
